Problem Statement

A logistics operator running high-volume shipment flows was burdened by fully manual booking and carrier data validation processes spread across fragmented legacy systems. The lack of automation produced chronic inconsistencies in OTIF performance and created invisible risk every time volume spiked. Each new shipment required individual human touchpoints, making scale structurally impossible without adding headcount.

Strategic Execution

We designed and built a suite of AI agents that replaced the manual booking and carrier data validation workflow end-to-end. The agents operated directly within the existing legacy environment, with no rip-and-replace, reading, validating, and confirming shipment data in real time.
